- For every order, we have pledged to plant a tree with onetreeplanted to thank Mother Earth for letting us breathe.

- Every candles comes in a reusable cotton bag to lock in the scent.

- Hand-poured in a reusable matt white glass jar to give it a second life and store your goodies.

- Fragrances are made of phtalphate and paraben free ingredients.

- Candles are made out of 100% soy based wax for a clean burn; this prevents sotting and does not constitute carcinogens like paraffin wax does.

- Each and every candle is handcrafted in Montréal from start to finish, from pouring the wax to packaging the order.

Candle Care

1. For optimal burn, make sure to keep candle lit for 1-2 hours, or until wax melts and pool reaches the edges to avoid tunneling.

2.  Trim your wick before each use to 1/8″ – 3/16″.  Make sure to remove all charred wood from previous burns. You may pinch it off with your fingers, use a wick trimmer or even a nail clipper!

3.  Have fun and enjoy the ambiance :)

Burning Instructions

To prevent fire and serious injury: Burn candle within sight, away from things ha cach fire, children, and pets. Trick wick to xcm (x inch) before each relighting. Do no burn candle for more than 2-3 hours at a time.

Shipping Time: Orders may take up to 3 to 5 business days to be processed. Shipping time depends on carrier.

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, Dulcet Glow Inc. does not accept any returns and/or exchanges. However, if your product has been damaged during shipment, please email us within 5 days of receiving your package with proof of picture or video.

In case of product dissatisfaction, you may contact us at contact@dulcetglow.com so we can try to find a solution satisfying both parties.

Cancellation: Once orders are processed through our system, all sales are final. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing it.
