Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations 

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, Dulcet Glow Inc. does not accept any returns and/or exchanges. However, if your product has been damaged during shipment, please email us within 5 days of receiving your package with proof of picture or video.

In case of product dissatisfaction, you may contact us at dulcetglow@gmail.com so we can try to find a solution satisfying both parties.

Make sure to include the following in your email;

  1. Order number as the subject line
  2. Product Issues
  3. Proof of damage

 

Cancellation: Once orders are processed through our system, all sales are final. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing it.
