How to take care of my candle?

1. For optimal burn, make sure to keep candle lit for 1-2 hours, or until wax melts and pool reaches the edges to avoid tunneling.

1. Trim your wick before each use to 1/8″ – 3/16″.  Make sure to remove all charred wood from previous burns. You may pinch it off with your fingers, use a wick trimmer or even a nail clipper!
2. Have fun, enjoy the ambiance, and bring out your inner glow :)

 

Is it normal if my candle has rough surface and/ or wholes after first burn?

Yes! Research has shown that this is in fact an indication that the company is using natural wax! This happens when the rate of cooling is inconsistent, and is difficult to control once candle has been lit. However, keep in mind that this does not affect the performance of your candle in any way!

 

How to remove candle tunneling?

Don’t worry, this is totally easy.  All you have to do is wrap an aluminum foil around the edges of the jar. Make sure it covers the built-up wax area and to have an opening in the middle so the wick can burn well, instead or burning out due to lack of oxygen.

Are returns/exchanges accepted?

Due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, Dulcet Glow Inc. does not accept any returns and/or exchanges. However, if your product has been damaged during shipment, please email us within 5 days of receiving your package with proof of picture or video.

Do you make sample sized products?

Due to the fact we have just started as a small business, we are currently not offering any sample sized products. However, we are working around the clock to make sure you can get your hands on one as soon as possible ;)
